AI runs your GMB.
You just hit approve.
GMB Copilot works your Google Business Profile all day. It writes the posts, answers the reviews and questions, adds the photos, and fixes your hours and services. You see each change before it goes out. One tap and it ships.
How it works
Four steps. The last one is yours.
Full autopilot. Full control. The copilot files the flight plan. You clear it for takeoff.
AI drafts
Copilot learns your business, then writes the post, the reply, the answer or the edit.
You see the diff
Old on top, new below. Word for word. No guessing what changed.
One tap to approve
Approve it, tweak it, or throw it out. Approve the whole queue at once if you like.
It goes live
Copilot sends it to Google and logs it. You can undo any change later.
What it does
Everything Google's API allows. Nothing without your OK.
Most tools cover a slice of your Google Business Profile. Copilot works the whole thing.
Posts
Updates, offers and events, written and scheduled for you. Your voice, your services, your town.
Local Posts APIReview replies
Every review gets a reply draft, good or bad. You read it, you send it. Nothing canned.
Reviews APIQuestions & answers
Seeds the questions people really ask, then drafts clear answers. Fewer phone calls for you.
Q&A APIPhotos
Your images go up on a steady schedule instead of all at once, then never again.
Media APIBusiness info
Hours, categories, services, and your description. Copilot spots what's wrong and drafts the fix.
Business Information APIProtection, day and night
Someone edits your profile without asking? You get told, and one tap puts it back.
Notifications APIReports
Calls, direction requests, clicks and search terms. Straight from Google, in plain English.
Performance APIUndo anything
Every change is logged with a time and a name. Don't like one? Roll it back.
Change logTurn on autopilot
Trust it with review replies but not your hours? Approve by hand where it matters, automate the rest.
Per action typeWhy not the other tools
One kind hands the work back. The other doesn't ask.
Every tool in this market picks a side. We think both sides get it wrong.
AI that makes a to-do list
They scan your profile and tell you what to fix. Then you go fix it. The work lands back on your desk, just better organised.
- Suggestions you have to act on yourself
- Big parts of the API left untouched
- You still do the typing
AI that acts, then tells you
They change your profile on their own. Approval is a setting you have to go find, and it's off to start with. You learn what happened after it happened.
- Changes ship before you've seen them
- Hard to tell what the AI touched
- Credit meters that climb as it works
AI that asks first, every time
Copilot does the work, all of it. Then it shows you the change and waits. Approval isn't a setting we bolted on. It's the way the product runs.
- The whole API surface, not a slice
- A plain diff before anything ships
- Auto-approve when you're ready, not before
Pricing
One price per location. No credits, no meters.
Every plan has every feature. You're paying for locations, not for a cheaper slice of the product. Nothing you do inside Copilot burns a balance you have to top up.
- Every feature, no exceptions
- Posts, replies, Q&A, photos, info edits
- Round-the-clock profile monitoring
- Everything in Solo
- One approval queue across every profile
- Per-location brand voice
- Everything in Growth
- White-label reports
- Client portals with their own approvals
- Suspension Insurance included
- Everything in Agency
- Bulk edits across every profile
- Priority support
Suspension Insurance · $29 per location
We keep a running backup of your whole profile and assemble your reinstatement evidence pack before you ever need it. Google handles suspensions by hand, so nobody can promise you a reversal — but walking in with the evidence ready beats going and looking for it. Included on Agency and Scale.
Founding pricing
Join the waitlist and this stays your rate for as long as you're a customer, however we price the public launch.
Annual billing takes two months off. Extra locations beyond your plan are $15 each. No setup fee, and you can leave whenever you like.
Questions
What people ask first
Is this ready to use today?
Not yet. We're building it now. Join the waitlist and you'll hear from us the day early access opens.
Will it change my profile without telling me?
No. Every change waits for your approval first. When you trust a task type, you can let that one run on its own. That choice is always yours.
What if a change turns out badly?
Every change is logged. You can roll any of them back.
Can it get my reviews removed or my profile un-suspended?
No, and neither can any other tool. Google handles those by hand and keeps them off the API. We'd rather say so than sell you a promise we can't keep.
Will it put me at the top of the map?
Nobody can promise that. What we can do is keep your profile complete, current and active, which is the part you actually control.
Do I need more than one profile to use it?
No. One profile works. So do fifty. You pay per location — see pricing.
Are there credits, or extra charges when it does more work?
No. One price per location, every month, however hard Copilot works that month. No credits to buy, no meter running while it drafts, no top-up email at the worst moment. Every feature is on every plan.
Can I lock in the price now?
Yes. Waitlist members keep the founding rate for as long as they stay, whatever we charge at public launch.
